Thanks to industrialized agriculture, there’s a wide gulf between those who produce food and those who consume it. Too many city-dwellers lack access to nutritious, non-processed foods. Urban agriculture promises to change that.

It’s startling when I realize that so many of my Christmas memories are tied to consumption.
I suspect, however, that this may be somewhat normal when you’ve grown up in the midwest, where nostalgia rules the land, where Christmas is at its most idealized.
