City roll call

The Daily Report

TNAC seeks bloggers. Lots of them. From everywhere

Yes, we’re looking for bloggers—smart wordsmiths with some news sense and writing chops—to write about cities and planning for The Next American City magazine. This gig pays very little, but it could provide a young and/or ambitious writer/personality with a beat, and a way to establish voice/camaraderie with a national publication (us).

If you’re interested, please e-mail clips and a little about yourself to this address: Matt [at] americancity [dot] org

More about us:

“Described by The New York Times as a ‘subtle plan to change the world,’ The Next American City Inc. is a not-for-profit organization founded by a new generation of urban thinkers and leaders to explore the transformation of America’s cities and suburbs, examining how and why our built environment, economy, society and culture are changing. Through a quarterly magazine, events across the country, and op-eds in major newspapers, we promote socially and environmentally sustainable economic growth in America’s cities and suburbs.”
